SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. 

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@stellawestoc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
